Can one person drink at every bar in San Francisco?

The Savoy Cocktail Book

I finally got a copy of the bible, and to celebrate I crafted a new cocktail inspired by the section on sours, flips and fizzes.

Royal Rum Sour:

2 oz. Mount Gay Rum

1/2 lemon juice

teaspoon sugar

1 egg

dash Liqueur d’Orange au Cognac Prunier

dash Peychaud’s Bitters

Shake all ingredients except bitters vigorously with ice until egg is frothy and drink is thoroughly chilled. Strain into cocktail glass and float bitters.
